Juniors

  • Junior members aged 0-7 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 16 years or over during the activity (unless the junior member is involved in a qualifying organised children's activity). These junior members may change in either sex changing room under the supervision of their parent or guardian
  • Junior Members aged 8-10 years may attend unaccompanied, but a parent or guardian aged 16 years or over must remain on site at all times. These junior members must change in the designated areas representative of their gender.
  • Junior members aged 11+ years may attend unaccompanied if they have registered their emergency contact information with us. These junior members must change in the designated areas representative of their gender.
  • If a member has concerns regarding a child or an adult at risk's welfare, they can report these concerns confidentially to a Designated Safeguarding Lead or Duty Manager in centre.

Gym 

  • Juniors aged 0-10 years are not allowed to access the gym.
  • Juniors aged 11 years and over may access the gym unaccompanied if they have registered their emergency contact information with us and utilise all cardio machines and the functional training area – this excludes the resistance machines and the free weights.
  • Members from the age of 16 years are considered adults when referring to access. Those aged 16 years and over may access all areas of the gym, utilising cardio, resistance machine, free weights and functional training area.

 

Group Exercise Class

  • Juniors aged 0-15 years are not allowed to access the group exercise classes, with the exception of family group exercise classes.
  • Members from the age of 16 years are considered adults when referring to access. Those aged 16 years and over may access all group exercise classes.

 

Swimming

  • Juniors aged 0-7 years must always be under direct supervision of a parent or guardian aged 16 years or over.
  • Juniors aged 8-10 years may swim unaccompanied, but a parent or guardian aged 16 years or over must always remain on site.
  • Juniors ages 11 years and over may swim unaccompanied if they have registered their emergency contact information with us.
  • A parent or adult aged 16 years and over is able to supervise a maximum of two children aged 0-7 years at any one time.
