Children
- Junior members aged 11+ may attend unaccompanied if they have registered their emergency contact information with us.
- Junior members under the age of 11 may only be brought into a club if accompanied by their Guardian and under direct supervision of their Guardian at all times, unless the junior member is involved in a qualifying organised children's activity (e.g. holiday camp).
- Junior Members aged 8-10 may attend unaccompanied, but a parent/guardian aged 16 or over must remain on site at all times
- Junior members aged 8+ must change in the designated areas representative of their gender. Junior members under the age of 8 may change in either sex changing room under adult supervision and in designated areas only.
- Junior members aged 0-7 must be accompanied by an adult during the activity
- If a member has concerns regarding a child or an adult at risk's welfare, they can report these concerns confidentially to a Designated Safeguarding Lead in the centre.
Swimming
- An adult aged 16 and over is able to supervise a maximum of two children under the age of 8 at any one time.
- Juniors aged 8-10 may swim unaccompanied but a guardian must always remain on site.
- Juniors aged 0-7 must always be under direct supervision of a guardian.
Gym
- Juniors aged 16 and over may access all areas of the gym, utilising cardio, resistance machine, free weights and functional training area.
- Juniors aged 11-15 may access and utilise all cardio machines and the functional training area.
