We recommend you pre-book gym visits in order to guarantee your session. Slots can be booked up to 7 days in advance on the app, website, by phone or in person in the leisure centre. Payment is required to secure the booking unless it is included free of charge within your membership agreement.
Cancellations: To cancel an activity booking we require at least 24 hours’ notice, this can be done on the app, website, by phone or in person in the leisure centre. As a pay as you go member, you will receive a credit note if you provide more than 24 hours' notice. If you fail to cancel your booking with the required notice you will still be charged, and no refund or credit will be applied.
If you book a gym session and fail to check in or attend without cancelling more than 3 times in any 60-day period, then your advance booking rights will be put on hold for a week.
Entrance to a gym session after the booking start time may be refused. Any spaces available at the start time will be offered to those present and waiting.
Gym opening and access times are subject to change from time to time without notice.
You should seek instruction from a member of our staff before using unfamiliar equipment.
Appropriate clean exercise clothing and shoes must be worn whilst exercising.
Gymnasium equipment must not be used for longer than 30 minutes during busy periods.
You are asked to wipe down gym equipment before and after use.
