Group Fitness Classes are suitable for 16 Years +, the only exception for this is Family Circuits of which is 8+. 

  • Junior Members aged 8-10 may attend unaccompanied, but a parent/guardian aged 16 or over must remain on site at all times
  • Junior members aged 11+ may attend unaccompanied if they have registered their emergency contact information with us.
