Body Balance

Body Balance is a new generation yoga-based workout class that will improve your mind and your body. You will focus on your breathing, whilst stretching through a blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates moves. Body Balance will enhance your strength flexibility, core strength and mental wellbeing

Pilates

Pilates is a low impact exercise class, focusing on your core, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. The class is performed on a floor mat to develop full body strength and is great for joint mobility 

Meditation Meditation is a mind and body practice that strengthens attention span and awareness to achieve mental clarity, emotional calm and relaxation

Core Power Yoga

Focuses on strength and mobility, including core and back flexibility and deep breathing, all whilst empowering the body, mind and spirit.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a full body workout for everyone where you rotate through different stations, each focusing on different muscle groups. Circuit training improves your cardiovascular endurance and full body strength

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness dance class that is high energy and fun. It combines Latin and international music with dance moves, alternating fast and slow rhythms to improve cardiovascular fitness

Spin is a group indoor cycling workout to music where your instructor takes you on a journey of flat riding, hill climbs and sprints. This class focuses on speed, endurance and strength

HIIT Spin HIIT Spin is a high energy, low impact workout that alternates short bursts of maximum efforts of sprint cycling with short rest periods. This class is targeted at burning calories and increasing fitness 

Circuits + Social

Circuits + Social is a lower impact circuits class involving a series of strength and cardio exercises, predominately functional movements, performed with short periods of rest. This class is suitable for seniors and an optional social opportunity is involved at the end of the class
