Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches typically performed on a floor mat to develop strength, flexibility, co-ordination and relaxation.

Core power Yoga

Core Power Yoga focuses on core strength, including the abdomen and back, flexibility and breathing, all whilst empowering the body, mind and spirit.

Body Combat

Body Combat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics exercises performed in a circuit with others to upbeat music.

Yoga Strength

Yoga Strength focuses on legs bums and tums to strengthen and tone those stubborn areas.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness

Core

Core-This abs workout focuses on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles, lower back and glutes.

Flex & Stretch

Flex & Stretch will strengthen and stretch the body with a series of exercises to target the abs, back and glutes whilst incorporating mobility and flexibility movements to improve posture.

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is a full body workout designed to develop muscular strength and endurance. Following a high rep, moderate weight formula to sculpt your body.

Xfit

XFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity and power level. XFit uses functional movements that are safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life.

Spin

Spin is a group indoor cycling workout to music where you control the intensity with your own gears on the bike, as your instructor takes you on a journey of flat riding, hill climbs and sprints.

Raise the Bar

Raise the Bar is a barbell workout, using all your major muscles. This will strengthen and tone the body.

Family Circuits

Circuits for various ages, children 8-10 need to be accompanied by an adult, 11+ may attend alone.

Pilates Core

Pilayes Core focuses on strengthen the core the deep back muscles, and the internal and external obliques. And will also help with flexibility, balance and overall body awareness. 

Cardio Attack

Cardio Attack is a high energy fitness class for all abilities, to increase cardio fitness and strength.

HIIT

Hiit is a type of interval training exercise, incorporating high intensity body movements. This will burn fat and build muscle fast.

 

Burn

Burn is a full body workout which will improve your fitness and recovery time, helping reduce body fat percentage.

Sprint

Sprint is a running class which will increase your cardio fitness and agility by performing running drills.
