When are swimming sessions on?

Do I need to book for my swim or activity?
Yes, booking is advised for all activities. Booking is available on our website or app. Walk-ins can sometimes be accommodated if there is availability in the particular session.
We advise you look at the timetables on our website booking system and the app for session times and more details.
I can't find fun swim/casual swim on the bookings system?
If you can only see lane swimming on the bookings area, you need to look in a different section for fun and casual swimming. More information is available on our Book Now page
The app isn't working for me - how can I book?
We suggest deleting and reinstalling the app to ensure you have the latest version. Then ensure you have the appropriate log-in account. Finally if you are still not able to use the app, please contact us for assistance, or use the website booking system instead.
I can't create a log in for the booking system, what do I do?
Instructions on creating a log in can be found on our book now page. Please ensure you select the correct option depending on your situation (e.g. if you want a casual log-in, or you're a member). If you are still having difficulty, please contact us.
I made a booking, but I want to change it - how do I do this?
Please contact us and we will be able to advise.
I am trying to phone, but the lines are busy - what can I do?
Our lines do get very busy, particularly during school holidays and at the weekend. Booking is on our website or app, but if you have another enquiry you need to speak to us about, please email us and include a phone number so we can get in touch for more information if required.
Swimming Lessons FAQs
Do lessons stop for school holidays/Christmas?
Swimming lessons continue all year, with just a short break for Christmas. The exact dates of the break will be communicated on our website, social media and in the centres.
Do I get a refund for the lesson pause over Christmas?
No, the Direct Debit price you pay takes into account the pause over Christmas. Please check the 'Junior' page for more details in the run-up to Christmas holidays.
I want to change my child's lesson - how do I do this?
Please contact us and we will be able to advise.
Will you run intensive swimming lessons in the school holidays?
We often run intensive swimming lessons during school holidays. If these are planned we will advertise on our website, social media and in the centres.

How do I join as a member?
Firstly, you're welcome to come in for a show-round and to discuss your requirements with the team. Just ask at reception or contact us to arrange.
How do I cancel membership?
Please contact us and we will be able to advise.
I have joined but when I go to book online, it says 'pending'?
Please ask at reception or contact us and we will quickly sort that out.
